VEVORTOP Refund and Returns Policy

At VEVORTOP, we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.


Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and free of any smells, along with the original packaging and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale Items: All sale and limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, and similar products unless they are faulty or arrived damaged.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, incorrect items).
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour from the order confirmation email by scrolling to the “Changed Your Mind?” section.
  • If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, please contact us within 24 hours at support@vevor.top to check if your order has been fulfilled.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item to our Returns Department.
  • Once we receive your return, you’ll be issued store credit, which can be used to purchase a different size. We cannot guarantee the availability of the desired size at the time of return.

Reclamation for Faulty or Damaged Goods

We guarantee that the products you order are in good condition upon delivery. If you receive a broken, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@vevor.top within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify customer service within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After this timeframe, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund.


Return Instructions

  1. Email us at support@vevor.top with your order number and a description or video of the issue.
  2. Once we process your inquiry, we will provide the correct return address.
  3. Securely pack the items in a box and affix the mailing label.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number via email.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds can be requested for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale: Sale items and limited edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
